Pyrus outage statistics
If the login page hangs or throws an error, start with the basics: clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Works in Chrome but not in Firefox? That's a browser-specific glitch — switch and check. Also confirm you're entering the email tied to your workspace, not a personal one.
A frozen task list or blank screen usually means a caching issue or a broken session. Try a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R), then log out and back in. If the dashboard stays empty, open the browser console (F12) and look for 404 or 500 errors — that pinpoints whether the issue is on your end or the server's.
Missed notifications on tasks you're following? Check a few things:
- Make sure notifications are enabled in your profile settings under «Notifications»
- Check that your browser allows Pyrus to send push alerts
- Look in your spam folder — email digests sometimes land there
- If using the mobile app, verify that system-level notifications are on for the app in your phone settings
Upload failures are almost always file size or format issues. The platform has a 100 MB per file limit. If you're under that and still getting errors, try a different browser or check whether your corporate firewall blocks file transfer requests to pyrus.com.
Force-close the app, clear its cache in system settings, and relaunch. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall — the local database sometimes gets corrupted after an interrupted sync.
If a form hangs on «Sending...» or returns a vague error, check that all required fields are filled, including dropdowns that scroll off screen on mobile. On desktop, disable browser extensions one by one — ad blockers occasionally intercept POST requests to the API.
